"I’ve lived at Central Park since August 2021 (in my second unit now for personal reasons) and can’t really say anything negative about the community or staff! Arija has been awesome working with regarding any issues, questions or inquiries I’ve had and is very helpful! She shoots you straight and I appreciate it. Only recommendation would be sending out more communication via text or email regarding construction being done on buildings, updates on when someone may not be in the offic, etc."

"I don't know why, but the payment keeps messing up. First, it wouldn't let me log in, saying I didn't have a lease at the property and ended up charging me late fees while the office fumbled at my issue. Then next month, the auto pay I set up just stops working. And the month after that, the auto pay I had to set up the third time just deletes itself and charges me late fee AGAIN. All the while, everyone at the office just gives me an attitude, pretending I haven't paid rent while I clearly did."

"The maintenance manager, Brian, is phenomenal. He is always helpful and knowledgeable. The units are large and updated. The floor plans are more diverse than other neighborhoods. Giving only 4 stars due to extreme turn over of staff, but we do love the neighborhood."
