"These apartments are old but great! Phone calls are answered right away. Maintenance is taken care of most of the time within 24hrs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Office staff is awesome; listens to all your needs. I lived here for 4 years...no complains or issues. If you looking for affordable place to live, maybe start here; You won't regret."

"We lived here a year and moved out as soon as we got the chance. Tiny apartments with cheap appliances and features and the hallways smell like smoke and a mix of human/animal waste. The bi fold doors fall off the hinges at least once a week and neighbors have friends over who use all the available parking places. The staff is not helpful or friendly and the maintenance people barge in without knocking and don’t even bother to cover their dirty shoes before tearing through your home. Beware, if you move out, take pictures of the condition you left it in. They’re liars and thieves and will charge you hundreds of dollars for imaginary damages with no pictures to back up their story. Then they will send it directly over to a debt collections agency so they don’t have to deal with you."

"I’ve called about my dishwasher 3 times because it leaks. They tell me it doesn’t leak. I’ve replaced my own furnace filters. I’ve reported my A/C not working 3 times to the point it finally failed and my apartment that is upstairs was 89 degrees. I called the office first thing in the morning on a Friday and I was told it was not an emergency so I’ll have to wait. Then comes Saturday night my apartment is miserable with my son here and I even 2 fans to put in the windows. I called emergency maintenance and cussed at them for this (obviously heated about the situation) now they have called me and threatened me with non lease renewal. Which is completely fine because this has been the worse experience as a tenant I have ever had. Please steer elsewhere of Stafford pointe or DOMINION REALTY. Look at their ratings."

"I have been a resident here for 6 years. The street light mentioned by the person below was finally fixed 3 years later. Also they supposedly inspect your fire alarms and furnace filter quarterly, but it's really just an excuse for them to come in and look around. They are very nosy, but nothing has ever been stolen. Also our balcony was causing a leak in the living room of the apartment below us. We we're told we would need a new balcony, and instead they clear calked the perimeter. Our water heater broke this summer and flooded not only our apartment but also our downstairs neighbors apartment as well so we called maintenance they came out and supposedly fixed it and left. When I came home from work we decided to take a look, and found it was still leaking. Called 24 hour emergency maintenance and finally got it fixed. My water heater kept tripping a breaker after they gave me a new one and that just got fixed this year, and my water heater was replaced 3 years ago. Now my air conditioner is shutting itself off and they have been in this year 4 times already to "fix" it. They tell you someone will be there today, your a priority, but no one shows up till the day after."
