Creekside Square Apartments 5836 Hunnewell Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46254

"This has been a horrific experience. If I could give a zero I would’ve. I was told by the new place I’m moving to that there is an eviction on my name from this apartment which I never been evicted. I had a small claim balance which I paid years ago. I have spoken with previous management about this matter and the new property manager is very rude and is nonchalant about the matter. I did was I told to do on my part and 3 years later they haven’t cleared my name. I’ve asked for corporate information to send my documents showing proof the balance was paid and Rosa has giving me and the collection agency the wrong address to send my information to. 2 days prior Rosa refused to give me corporate information the first and second time I asked. Her words were if we can’t help you then I will give you corporate and even after she wasn’t willing to help kept pushing off on her manager saying she’s not accepting it she ended up giving me the wrong information to send my important documents to. All I’m asking is for them to clear my name in the system so I can get my own place and they aren’t accepting and documents that I’ve tried to show even from the Pike Township small claims court. I shouldn’t have to go through this when I did what I was told to do from the apartments to the collection agency. Also Rosa never pick up the phone and I have to work so I’m missing work to get this handled and she’s not helping me."

"I recently moved out of creekside square . Do not move here in the beginning it was great when Malissa was there , Rosa took over she is rude , lazy and does not want to fix anything , they have crackheads as maintenance men they never want to fix anything that is wrong with the apartment , they paint the counter tops the counters were peeling we asked numerous of times for this to be fixed , never fixed . Let’s get to the mold , they maintenance men came over twice and sprayed bleach and spray painted over the mold one time . We’ve asked and asked about transferring, etc we were ignored of course we were forced to deal with it so that it wouldn’t go on our credit ! Rosa is terrible and very rude and lazy !"

"Rosa and her staff is so nice,and amazing.the biggest problem I have is parking. there people who don't live here ,got parking pass. Im pretty sure the resident gave it to them. Creekside needs to start with new parking permit, and vehicles needs to be register.i really hate to leave on weekends. Because of the parking.never see the towed company on weekends. I guess they only works when the office opens .this is the worse it ever been with the parking"

"I would not recommend a homeless person to live here, even if the rent was free. The units are small outdated, and the whole complex is overcharged. The office will harass you by sending letters about marijuana, and all kind of other least violations do yourself a favor don’t move here. I don’t smoke at all, but constantly get emails regarding lease violations for the whole building. My apartment had mold in it. I can’t wait till my lease is up"

"I’ve lived here for over a year and have had no problems. Nice complex, neighbours keep to themselves and the ones I do know are very friendly. I am in a one bedroom so I don’t really see kids in this part of the complex, so it’s actually pretty quiet over here. Never had a package stolen, never had any complaint about anyone. The rent is more affordable than anything else I looked at while still including all the amenities I want, in unit washer and dryer was my top priority so I am very pleased to have it. I also like that there are plenty of parking spots, I think that the apartments around mine are all one bedrooms so we don’t all have three or four cars hogging up the spots. I never have to look for a spot and am also almost always able to park right near the door. I have had a couple issues in my time here, but the office sent maintenance over immediately (within half hour) to fix it, and I’ve had no problems since. I recommend this apartment to my friends when they say they’re looking for a place to live that’s affordable and still safe."
