"They don’t honor the specials listed on the website. Made different excuses why I didn’t receive a 500 visa gift card as the website stated and even still says to this day now the date has changed to 3/20/2024. Site says Move into the Bliss unit by 2/20/2024 receive a 500 dollar visa gift card. I moved into the Bliss unit on 2/20/2024 and I was given a 100 dollar gift card instead. Otherwise everything was smooth staff is very nice I’m waiting on new carpet and blinds to fully move in but I’m happy with my unit."

"Overall, it’s been good, with a few minor inconveniences. Early morning trash pickup is one. The dumpsters are right outside of our bedroom windows, and the trucks are here some mornings before the sun is up. The area by the townhomes brings down the appearance of complex due to the trash in the yard. Like all apartments, there are some unruly kids who are unsupervised at the gym/pool. This causes the staff to change the hours of the pool impacting when others can use it. The hallways and apartments need to be upgraded with new carpet, cabinets, appliances, windows due to drafts/snow. The gym needs new equipment. Upsides are the grounds by the apartments are kept clean, maintenance is quick to respond, current receptionist/admin is nice, and they have doggy parks and poop bag stations so you don’t see any dog poop in the yards. Nice quite area."

"Moving into Pebble Point is one of the best decisions I've made. The apartments are really quiet, nice, and close to everything in the Speedway area. The maintenance staff are on top of the work orders. They get any work order one same day! Desiree is a wonderful manager to this community! She knows residents by name and has a big smile on her face every time we see her! Desiree and LaTreace are by far the most pleasant people in the apartment industry. I recommend moving into Pebble Point 1000%. Make this place called home and you will not regret it."

"I have lived in Pebble Point for 4 years. It was under different management at the time that I moved in. I must say that since Desiree and LaTreace have been managing the apartments, things have definitely been better for me. Maintenance always takes care of any issues that I have promptly. Whenever I call or come into the office with any concerns or complaints, LaTreace and Desiree a very nice and respectful and do everything that they can to resolve the issues."

"Ive been living here for 3 years. And every year new improvements and amenities have gotten better every year. The neighborhood is safe and kid friendly. And the new office manager is the best Desiree listens to the residents concerns and suggestions. And is very kind and understanding."
