"This place is a mess. There used to be 3 excellent doormen but now there's two 20-something kids who can't tear themselves off TikTok long enough to ever do any work. You could walk through the front doors carrying a flame thrower or dead body and they'd still buzz you in without bothering to even glance up from their phones for one second. The management staff are rude and incompetent, but just wait - I'm sure any minute they'll post a response telling declaring they're "very sorry my experience has been less then exceptional" rather than lifting a finger to improve any of the many tangible issues that are reported here and in other review sites. Columbus had one of the fastest growing populations in the US last year, so I know Harbor Group Management will never have any trouble at all filling every single unit because of supply and demand. But do yourself a favor and don't waste your money at this dump."

"Very old building, the manager determines whether the whole building is heating or using A/C so it can be extremely hot or cold when the weather is changing and you have no control over it. Also the bathroom and gym on the first floor are constantly out of paper towels and toilet paper, just very poorly run overall. Maintenance takes forever to fix simple things at times, too."

"I’m super happy to call the Canterbury home! We’ve been here for a few months now and it’s been great. The manager Tess is amazing! She is always very helpful, consistent and kind. maintenance men are very quick at fixing anything, terry went out of his way to help us immediately when having an issue. super excited for all of the upgrades! All of the neighbors are very friendly, it’s a large apartment but everyone treats each other very well! The pool area is absolutely gorgeous! It’s a great area with great people!"

"It is a wonderful place and we really enjoy living at the Canterbury. The property office managers have been extremely helpful, Tess is always so kind and caring. Units are pretty nice, with convenient facilities and beautiful views. The maintenance guys also do an amazing job with fixing things. Building is secure and initiatives are underway to modernize it. I would highly recommend staying here."

"We have lived at the Canterbury for almost 2 years and snow removal has always been handled properly and promptly. The latest snow storm was 5 days ago and no one has shoveled or salted any walkways around the complex. The driveway was plowed once but never salted and many were plowed into their carports, garages or parking spaces. On-site management was questioned and we were told to get ahold of the management company. A call was made to the district manager of Harbor Group Management. We have not received a call back. I hope a resolution can be reached for the safety of the residents here, many of which are elderly."
