"I booked a room for my business stay at the Holiday in weeks in advance and when I went to check in they gave me issues because it was reserved in my boss's name. So I came across the street to the Fairfield Inn. The front desk was very helpful throughout my stay and the room was very clean. I will stay here again."

"Location is conveniently off of I-70 west of Columbus in Hilliard. It is at the intersection of I-270 N/S and I-70 E/W. The staff are friendly,professional,and efficient. The rooms are always clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. The coffee is great and always available. I stay here every time I come through Columbus."

"Called around looking for a room for one night. This was our second call and the front desk clerk on duty was extremely helpful on the phone, so we stayed here. This was a great choice! We were greeted by John Henry and he was awesome! Very personable, helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some ideas for things to do nearby. Our first impression of the lobby is clean and modern. Room was clean and had plenty of space. The pool was awesome! I would definitely recommend this hotel! 5 stars!"
