"We stayed at this location the night before our flight and we could not have asked for better service. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was kept up to date. Aiden the assistant general manager was outstanding. I could not say more about his friendly, helpful demeanor who sincerely wanted to offer the best experience possible. Thank you Aiden and the rest of the SpringHill Suites staff, Marriot should be proud of the work you all do on their behalf."

"I was really bummed to hear that the hotel had discontinued its shuttle service since August. I only heard about it when I landed in the airport and called the hotel. Please update the website information. Other than that, I think the hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly. I would have definitely considered staying here next time if the shuttle service was offered."

"The only good thing about this hotel is that it was a mile away from our wedding venue. This hotel was recommended to us because of its proximity and shuttle service to our venue for the day of our wedding. Little did we know that we would run into terrible customer service from the director of sales, Kadie. We reached out to her multiple times for updates on our hotel block and questions that we had for the weekend of and she took days to respond, claiming that her email was “held up in her outbox” not just once, but the same excuse twice. We had a meeting scheduled with her that she missed due to a family emergency, which we understood, but failed to let her other staff know we were coming so they could meet with us. The details discussed with her team that day were not communicated with each other and we were given different times and details for shuttle pick up/drop off and checking in overall. If you are looking for a hotel block for a wedding, I would stay far away from this place. The staff on Sunday while we were checking out asked multiple people in our block what time they were planning to leave for the day starting at 10 am - check out wasn’t until 12 pm. The breakfast bar was less than satisfactory."
