"Apartments are very nice, but of course because they are brand new. There is a human waste plant right at the beginning of the property, creating awful smells a majority of the time. Extremely thin walls. I hear my neighbors talking, their TV, laundry running etc. Very dog friendly but irresponsible dog owners. You’ll often find piles of poop all over the sidewalks and grass. Office staff is usually pretty nice and helpful. The pool was very cold, even on some of the hottest days. And just overall unkept. They charge $60/month for internet and if you get that same plan directly thru the company it’s only $30. Convenient location right off 65. With that being said, rent is extremely high for the location. Parking can be difficult and often times you won’t find parking near your building."

"I truly don’t like to be this person but I’ve become increasingly frustrated. This apartment complex has incredible potential! The units are nice, the property is great (dog parks, bike shop, dog bath etc) but basic cleaning and maintenance seems to be a major challenge. I would argue the clubhouse floors, especially the restrooms have never been cleaned. There is hair and dirt everywhere. The gym is usually dirty with a frequent overflowing trash cans, broken (and unsafe!) gym equipment and a yoga room with bugs. Additionally maintenance can be a hit or miss. Our sink has been leaking for weeks. An employee came in to check it out, said he needed to order a part, and never came back. For paying nearly $1,700 a month for a one bedroom, I don’t think it’s much to ask for a clean space and basic maintenance."

"Very load road noise. Heavy curtains won't be enough. Not worth the money. You can do better, certainly in this price range. The hiway noise will be intense in most units in any building that has windows facing the hiway. I'm breaking my lease over this. Also, the much advertised pool heater is not in use. The pool opened later than some public pools."
