"The construction is absolutely horrible. Walls are thin. You can hear someone burp as if they are right there with you. You can hear people's conversations as well. You can hear every footstep above you with creeking noises when they walk. And even worse when they are a heavy walker, sounds like constant stomping. Definitely not worth the price."

I could hear the neighbors as if they were in the same room. I clearly heard every single conversation they had as well as every footstep. This place is extremely overpriced considering the poor construction."

"Waited 6 weeks to be able to see the place. I was so close! If only the Appointment was not canceled 4 hours beforehand even though work arrangements had been made to be able to go to the tour. Rescheduled date 8 WEEKS OUT was offered. Wow how super convenient!!! The bot or incompetent employee who schedules these meetings was nice enough to be no help whatsoever throughout the entire process."
