"So I have visited this apartment/hotel on very few occasions. A good friend of mine is staying there, but I hope not for too much longer. The "Room Mates" have taken over the rooms and they are just running wherever they please, and do not pay rent! The phrase "Roach Motel" is a true statement and description for the place. Another downfall is the rent is a bit much for the condition the buildings are in. It also has some runnings with the Marshall County Officers that have made very large drug busts through the past years on the tenants that lived there. I feel like they need to clean up their acts and make sure to give a sense of pride at least and maybe turn it into a rehab or something for the betterment of the community. Well, at least it has provided shelter to many needing a place to stay."

"The food was very good, last year, but something changed, they dont offer pork !! An theres a upcharge for something they call pork that was not eatable, haven't been there in awhile, we were eating there 2 times a week, now not at all"

"We live here. We can't afford anywhere else. The owner is so nice. All the druggies are gone and we are a family. There are roaches but they take care of them right away."
