Super 8 by Wyndham Plymouth

"Clean rooms, nice staff, decent location if your stuck in Plymouth, IN, but I think it's often overpriced for what it is. Not every day is an ND home game."

"Won’t be staying here again. I saw a manger open a do not disturb door it was an older short lady and older man look to be carrying a paint brush just open the door it literally had a do not disturb on it. Have you no respect for your guests!!!! Then I also seen how a employee got treated today utterly unacceptable over some rooms that had people in them already because she apparently didn’t make the bed to his standards when the people in the rooms had been in there after the employee cleaned and he mad her re do it and I walked past and she was re making beds she already made there’s no point in it being over perfect if the same people are gonna get right back in them to sleep again. You’re over working those poor employees maybe talk to them better. I’m very disappointed In the management. hope she finds a better that talks to her more respectfully. There’s better hotels in Plymouth if I were you I would pay elsewhere. I’m disgusted to the max!!!! Also seen bed bugs i will be contacting higher up about this needs change in management and ownership."

"Very nice hotel. The service is great. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are good size and clean. Atmosphere is very good. Very nice heated indoor saltwater pool. Good variety of food for breakfast. Overall a great little hotel for business travelers and family."

"We are contractors and worked around Plymouth, so we stayed at Super 8 for 4 weeks. The staff and manager were mostly friendly; Carmen was amazing. The only issues I had were the room cleanliness, refrigerator freezing, and miscommunication about extending our stay. Housekeeping only changed our sheets and cleaned the bathroom weekly, but did replace the towels, take out the trash and make the beds daily. At the beginning of our stay, our refrigerator froze everything in it, but it was replaced a few days later. We needed to extend our stay and learned they were almost booked, but after 4 conversations the manager was able to keep us in the same room. The morning I came down to "check out and check back in" they couldn't find our reservation and the manager stated he only extended the previous week, not this week, to which I replied that we were originally booked until today. The assistant manager did find the new reservation, so that crisis was avoided. The flooring from carpets to tile need a deep clean. When we received packages, they delivered them to our room which was nice since there's no elevator in this 2 floor hotel. But overall for what we paid, it was a pleasant stay."

"I love this hotel. It’s always clean and quiet. There’s little lounges you can relax in so you don’t feel confined to your room. They have trailer parking as well. I’ve stayed here 3 different times now & have been happy every time."
