Holiday Inn Express & Suites Plymouth, an IHG Hotel 2619 North Michigan Street, Plymouth, IN 46563

"I'm a truck driver, and I usually have decent experiences with holiday inn. But this location in Plymouth, Indiana is horrible and the front desk is very disrespectful and rude. After spending 5 days in a truck, I had to do my 34 hour reset at the hotel. The rooms were not up to par. Dirt and stains and food crumbs on the couch in the room. Stains on the bedsheets. Front desk overnight lady, her name is Jessica, with glasses, was extremely disrespectful and rude. She threatened to call the cops on me. I was not rude or disrespectful or causing a disturbance. This was considered the best hotel in the area. If there was a better alternative, I would definitely stay at another hotel, with the bad service and rude front desk, not worth paying your hard earned money for a room here. For a two night stay was over $450 almost $500. I think the staff here is also prejudice"

"Late check in last minute no reservation but front desk lady way beyond freindly and got us a room away from the huge group of hockey players currently taking over.the lobby. Room was nice enough..bed comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay again if in the area."

"I know they are remodeling, but I’m basing my review off of the room I got as of 10/26/2023. The room was old (like not updated since the 90’s old), dingy, musty, and the A/C did not work well. When the A/C was blowing, which was seldom even though I had it set to 60deg, it smelled very mildewed. The toilet water was yellow even after flushing multiple times from the moment I opened the lid. Minimal charging ports on the nightstands. Carpet felt damp and greasy though it did appear clean. I saw several reviews showing nice updated rooms so I was hoping to receive one myself since I am a frequent customer on the IHG platform. Instead I ended up spending the night in what felt like a musty 1990’s time capsule. Absolutely NOT worth the $157/night that I was charged. That is highway robbery. Customer service was phenomenal. Breakfast was also very plentiful and good. Hope to stay here in the future once the full remodel is done and have a more pleasant experience as long as they aren’t price gouging. I would like to note also that I was extremely confused to see the entire road that leads to this Holiday Inn entrance shutdown from both directions. I did what I assumed every other guest had to do and just drove around the closure signs so that I could enter the parking lot. I’m not sure why the entire state of Indiana has such a bizarre infatuation with completely closing major roadways down all across the state for extended periods of time with little to no forewarning for motorists. I travel all over the lower 48 states and Indiana is literally the only state that does this nonsense on a broad and regular basis. Very strange. So glad I don’t live in Indiana."

"Nice enough. Only spent one night. Room was clean good air conditioning. Pool area look like it needed a little updating but clean water no hot tub. Decent work out room. Breakfast was plentiful. There is construction going on right now outside so a little "rough" out there but hopefully will be nice afterwards. There are a couple, well I will just say "less expensive looking" motels right next door. So it is definitely the better on that stretch of road. Would recommend if in the area."
