"Floor boards are barely installed and you can physically shift them, the walls do not absorb any sound from the neighbors and they are heavily cracked. Washer and Dryer are very old and even after snaking the line still takes three runs to completely dry a small load. Granite does not give reasonable notice before entering your home for their random inspections (think text at 9am them there two hours later) but if you make a maintenance request you will be waiting one to two months for it. Parking in the winter is awful, you will be blocked into your spot because they only clear straight down the centerline. Very drafty (crickets always manage to get into the living room and die), and the electric furnace will launch your bills. Only spent about $70 a month when running AC and as soon as the cold hit, my bill went up to almost $200 a month. Flat-rate utility for water is overpriced. Lived in a 3bedroom house built in the 70s and spent $30 total amongst my roommates. Don't even bother bringing pets either. You will also have to sign a thing for mold waiving rights over pursuing action for damages caused by it, and yes, there will be mold. However, they do offer individual leases and do roommate matching so if you are in an extreme situation and have nowhere else to go, this is your last bet."
"Stuck here because I needed a 1 semester lease. I'm mostly writing this review to let everyone know that all Granite properties, including this one, do not offer recycling. This is absurd."
"Lived here for years, though it's been a while. Still have friends who live here. Granite does not seem to be quite as responsive as previous management, but still good. And, this is a great location (close to campus, 10 minute walk, 5 minutes on the bus or on a bike), and the prices are good too."
