"The stomping noise from the neighbor upstairs is driving me crazy. It's not just a sound; it's a vibration that shakes the room, causing me to wake up several times after midnight. I even bought low-frequency earplugs, but the noise is beyond what they can block out. I've reported it to the office several times. Although the staff there are nice, they either cannot or do not resolve this problem. They simply say there's no solution. I should have listened to my friend's advice, who moved out because of the same issue. If you value your quality sleep, this is definitely not the apartment you want."
"The apartment is awesome! It’s very spacious. Plenty of room for everything. The air conditioning is working very well even when it’s hot outside. The apartment comes with it’s own washer and dryer. The kitchen sink is huge which makes doing dishes way easier! My only complaint is that the Wifi is not operational yet but it will be soon. Everything else has been perfect!"
"I really had a bad experience of moving in cause the internet is not ready for couple of days. It should be done way before our new residents moving in. The fairway people said that we can use the Wi-Fi in the office for emergency conditions, but the Wi-Fi is pretty bad there, at least when I used it. The attitude of fairway people is good, but still I can not do any work at home or in the fairway office."
"I recently moved in and had a great experience. The staff were super welcoming. While receiving my key, I was given a welcome package, free drinks & snacks, and even a gift for my cat. The staff were extremely hospitable. I would also like to add how quick they are to answer any inquiry emails. I’m very pleased with our apartment. It is clean and modern/ up-to-date + the amenities are spectacular compared to other apartments I’ve leased through in the Purdue area."
"Out of my 6 years living and studying in West Lafayette, the staff Fairway Leasing office has been the best. They always worked very hard to upkeep the property, create fun events, and take care of the residents. I sincerely enjoyed living here and interacting with the community. Thank you for a great year."
