"The staff is horrible the maintenance people are very lazy i have been trying to get to come fix the plumbing issues i my unit for 5 months now the maintenance man never finish one job in my unit"

"The apartments are in a great location. However, Maintenance is horrible. They don't fix anything. I have never seen over 100 apartments with No SECURITY. They have cameras up that dont work. People shoot guns in the middle of the night and police dont come ( in this area) when you call. There have been 2 fights on my floor in 1 week. The management company has a answering Service that NEVER returns your call. Cooporate is unreachable so if you need help, your on your own. The outside is maintained so neighbors don't complain and owners can continue to get tax break."

"The owners renovated the complex and maintain the outside responsibly. However, the Indiana Dunes National Park property across the street is ignored. Litter is strewn along the national park property for blocks that originates at Park Shore Commons. The place would earn more stars if it took responsibility for cleaning the property across the street."

"They try to talk to you like you're stupid because you might be getting assistance or something everyone needs to be respected quick to throw out eviction letters at your door by the maintenance guys so they can read your paper work instead of putting it in a envelope get some class with your job."
