"I don’t reside here, but I deliver here quite often. The directory intercom in lobby of building B NEVER WORKS… always says “connection error” … which means I’m unable to page or communicate with any residents to get their delivery to them. What’s the point of having a directory if it never works???"

"I have only been here for a month and I love it. I am the type of person that read all the reviews and does as much research as possible. There are certain things that made me decide to move here. The 1st thing is the office staff! Vonda was awesome! I know I was driving her crazy with all the calls and questions. But she was so patient and always got back to me right away. I was having an issue with logging into rentcafe. Vonda and the manager I believe her name is Dianna both patiently helped me. The 2nd thing that made me choose to stay here is because I feel really safe. There aren’t people just hanging out in the parking lot and hallway. The 10p-7a quiet time is really real. It’s peaceful here. The other tenants are so nice and helpful! The 3rd thing is that my apartment looks exactly like the photos online. Last but not least the washer and dryer in the unit. I have a trick that I do when deciding where to live. I call a local pizza place to see if they deliver to the place I am looking at. If they say they don’t deliver and they are in the area. I think twice about moving there. Needless to say Vita has no issues with getting local restaurants to deliver. Great place to call home"

"It would be nice if tenants kept their animals off elevators. Sometimes it stinks and they urine on floor possibly from fear of the elevators. They don't have Xfinity/Comcast hotspot!"
