The customer service received by Manager Kirby Brown and his front office assistant Cherie was far above a 5 star rating. The impact of their compassion and support (e.g even shoveling deep snow off and away from car to a genuine felt concern daily) were so great that I have kept their card all these months for the reason of writing to you. They went above and beyond expectations to help in a difficult situation. I would recommend this establishment and have already 'sung its praises'.
