"We’ve stayed here for 3 multi-day trips to visit family in St. John and it has been perfect every time! The room is always clean, the desk staff and housekeepers always greet us with a smile, and we have all the necessities when we arrive. The bonus this time was finding out that they have really nice grills and a covered patio on the side! I’m an air bnb guy, because of the personal care they give their customers. That being said, we’re going to stop looking for bnbs when we come to the area, because this hotel is perfect for us and the rate seals the deal."

"The room was clean and the lady at the front desk Ms T. was very kind and bubbly. The only mishap I had was the body wash dispenser was empty. I called to the front desk and they swiftly brought it upstairs and fixed the issue. Also, the fridge was very loud but I adjusted as I slept on their comfy beds!"

"me and my boyfriend stayed here for the weekend and it was AMAZING. we loved everything about our queen suite. we were shocked that the kitchen came with literally everything you need, even tupperware for leftovers! the girls at check in and check out were so so sweet and even got us checked in early. the tv had every channel you could think of, everything was super clean. comfy bed too! the area is perfect, right across from the mall! very safe, and convenient. anytime we do anything in chicago we will be staying here!"
