Brittany Woods Apartments

"This place is now maple leaf apartments. The apartments are big but they have roaches... they wont do a evacuation and bomb the entire building. The place also isnt updated at all. Caked up white paint it on the cabinets and walls. This place is quiet when neighbors are not fighting and the police arent here. They also have hard water and no heat."

"I have been a resident here for a year now. Management and staff are very nice and friendly. I really enjoy my home and happy with my decision to stay. If I have any problems or concerns management is there to help and maintenance is on top of there business."

"This is a horrible place to live. As the owner mentioned to me the day I signed my lease "you get what you pay for". Neighbors constantly fighting, hallway cleaned maybe once or twice a week. This place is very unorganized. Management does not follow state laws when it comes to disclaimers. I was notified 4 days before rent was due that it would be an increase. BED BUG infestation and management will not exterminate for this matter ( unless the cost will be added to your rent). My neighbors had then and residents on other floors had them. Me exterminating is not going to fix the problem unless the whole building is exterminated (they don't care). Their accounting department is very unorganized and has messed up my account severely on several occasions. It took me 3 months to get my security deposit back in which it was still incorrect because they decided to bill me for a water bill that their company never billed me for until it was close time for me to move out. Talk about money hungry, no accountability and inconsideration.......... I was warned about this place but I did not listen. Not worth it"

"While the apartments look good , looks can be deceiving. Management does not follow Laws set by the State of Illinois about how to notify and disclose problems. One apartment below me has a sewage problem for the past year and a half and nothing has been done about it .The smell and gas is unhealthy. I would not recommend this to anybody."

"I have been a resident here since 2007. I have seen the management change staff a few times. I have to say that overall I enjoy living here and have referred a couple of my friends here. This is a huge community so there is a diverse group of people. . I want to compliment the management staff on the hard work they have done to improve the quality of living here. Whenever I call the office with any issues, the management team makes me feel like they really care and I do get my issues resolved in a timely fashion. I was looking at a review from 2 years ago. This place has gotten better. The staff is always friendly and makes you feel like you are at home and not just renting"
