"the absolute worst place ive ever had the displeasure to live in i don’t know where to start. landlords are money hungry scam artists. this place was INFESTED!!!! with roaches, you get no privacy since like twice a week someone was walking into your room, water turns off frequently without warning, LOUD construction 24/7, not to mention how small your space is for what you pay for. was actual psychological torture living here. dont ever step foot in this place and don’t give these people any of your money."
"The new owners are all about money and could care less about the tenants. The person that lives above me is noisy late at night, I complained and they told me I should probably move. They are slum lords, the prior owners were good landlords. Don’t move here unless you hate yourself and want to pay rent to people that treat you like trash."
"roach & mice infested. the property managers are super nosey, they will go into your apartment when gone i had a camera in mine seeing them constantly doing it. neighbors are snitches. you make one loud noise you're getting a complaint. & everything there is so old down from the toilets, sinks, & showers. 1/10 would not recommend."
"I have reason to believe that apartment 302 is helping scammers or a scammer has used this address to have money mailed to them. I believe this is part of the common refund scams from India, New Dehli, Kolkata, etc. Air bnb is also possible."
