"I had a great stay recently The rooms were great. You can tell they care about thier guest's. The front desk were friendly. Christina was a pleasure to meet she was very welcoming and acknowledged my status. She answered every question I had. Great service I'll definitely be back."
"Cheap but clean continental breakfast was bread and oatmeal for five of my seven day stay.sheets worn. When new crowd shows up breakfast seems to look better for that day only."
"Honestly this was a wonderful comfortable stay. My only criticism is that in the bathroom there was either dirt and or mold coming through the pipes. When I took a shower the black substance kept appearing. Outside of that the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I always smell the bedding and towels and they all were fresh. Service was great and I appreciated the morning breakfast which consist of make your own waffles and eggs. Location is great it is right off i94 and easy access to Chicago."
"This was my first time visiting this hotel in Hammond Indiana. From entering the hotel I felt like this would be a great experience. Hotel front desk had great customer service and rooms were very clean which made the stay at the Quality INN & suites very comfortable and pleasant. Hotel had a little something in the lobby for their guests early morning. I will definitely be back. Thanks again.."
"I was very pleased with my stay. Room was clean, quite, and recently updated. A/C worked. Bed was comfy enough. Clean linens. Never heard any neighbors. Housekeeping was good. Really I was pleased. It's not a Holiday Inn but goodness it's half the price who would expect it to be. It was a good value for the $90 I paid. The only downside is the location; it's a bit out of the way. Overall I'd stay here again if I was in the area."
