"I reserved two rooms on Feb 17 at a $111/room rate. Upon arrival, "Phil" looked at lost as anyone could be. Taking over 15-20 minutes per guest to check in. Unacceptable. Also, another front desk employee only helped certain people, and then disappeared again. Then, I was charged $172 after I inquired about the Veterans discount I had asked about a week prior. To make matters worse, the second room wasn't even reserved. The rooms were nice, but that was it. Breakfast with fake eggs tasted like rubber. My son stayed in 126, only to have a birthday party for kids the floor above keeping him up all night, even when my son went to the front desk to ask for a different room or have the upstairs neighbors quiet down. That was around 11-12 at night. Again, unacceptable. Hilton needs to do better. My next stay will most likely be across the road at the Hampton. Service gets a zero star rating. I have yet to receive my receipt via email."

"We arrived with a reservation and received a key from the front desk. We went up to our room to find it dirty. I'm sorry, regardless of staffing shortage, you're still supposed to check the rooms. Check-in is at 3 pm, yet I arrive at 5 pm to no room? The manager for whoever that may be during my stay had no answer. Yet they had the nerve to assign me a special needs room instead of what I requested, telling me there were no more rooms at the time. I stood in a hallway with my luggage for 30 minutes, only to be told to come back to the lobby so that they could check the room as if we had a reason to lie. Now, me and my wife are sitting in the lobby for another 30 minutes while someone from the front checks floors for a clean room. I'm a diamond member. My wife is gold. This is what I received for New Years weekend. Yet you spend your money to receive these few benefits and this how we were treated. I wish I could remove the 1 star."

"I'm a Hilton Diamond member, so I spend a good amount of time traveling and staying in Hilton properties; I particularly love Home2 Suites properties and the service I've gotten is hands down amazing. I think this hotel has a service issue - the check-in process was sub par and it just didn't feel as welcoming as other Home2 Suites. The rooms though were fantastic, parking fantastic, location fantastic, showers, beds, etc. fantastic. Just the customer service sub par and while not rude, almost just blah. Docking 2 stars for that as customer service and that initial checkin are important to me."

"This hotel is for a particular class of people of which I am not. I found trash underneath the mattress as well as two tampons popped out of the let out couch upon pulling it out. Not only that, but guests were rolling blunts in the pool area where multiple children were playing as well as brandishing alcohol bottles and drinking. Guests were swimming with socks they had walked around the hotel in with jogging pants, t-shirts, and torn sports bras and bonnets. Lastly, some unattended rough children were running all through the hotel and harassing the guests myself included. The supervisor opted to compensate me my honors points which can take a few days to show up. He was easy to talk to and peaceable. As a diamond member this is definitely not what I am used to and I definitely will not be going back to that location. I gave it a try because it was new and didn’t think it could be that bad this fast."

"This hotel was awesome! It's a newer hotel and that shows with all amenities etc. Our room was huge and came with a full sized fridge/freezer, glasses, plates, silverware etc. With the possibility of using an electric stove top if we wanted to. The room also had a pull out couch (admittedly, not the most comfortable couch to sit on) and a curtain that could be pulled back between the bed and couch if a little more privacy was needed between guests. The bed was super comfortable and the blinds pretty much cut out all sunlight, so we were actually able to sleep in a little bit after our long road trip. The bathroom was wonderful and came with what seemed like pretty high quality shampoo, shower gel, lotion etc. With us being on vacation, we completely spaced that breakfast might not be open as late on a Tuesday morning, as it had been on a Sunday. So, we only made it to breakfast 10 minutes before it was done. Staff closed everything down at exactly 9 a.m. and did not ask us if we wanted anything else before they shut it down. This was a little unfortunate because all of the food looked delicious! But, the food we did have tasted great. There were breakfast sandwiches, waffles, cereal, yogurts, omelets, fresh fruit, grits, and I'm sure a lot more than that! We only stayed here for one night, but with how much we enjoyed our stay, we would've happily stayed at that hotel for a week!"
