"A terrible place to live. The landlord is cheap and takes the "lord" part of his title literally. There is no central air and they will make you pay $30/month extra for having a window AC unit.(Which they mention nothing about in the contract) The lobby is filthy and the units are crudely slapped together with low-quality materials. The owners do not care about the property nor the comfort of their tenants. DO NOT MOVE HERE."
