"I came in to have some labs drawn, I was greeted by "Jada" the lab tech. I immediately advised her that "I'm a hard stick, my veins are tiny and, they collapse and move around". She said she understood and, she was not only very attentive to my advice but, actually used the advice to gain the best location for the insertion of the "butterfly". I found her to be a really gentle and pleasant young lady who knows her job well."
