"Make sure you get the right price, this is the second time I had this issue here, I selected regular and I paid premium. When I talked to the agent he said go to talk to the manager I can do nothing for you he didn't even try to understand what was happened, the manager said that there is no way that gonna happen and the only way you get premium price is only if u select premium(witch is not true because I'm 100% sure I selected regular), she apologized and said the only thing she can do is verify the pump."

"The problem with Costco is they only have hours that are convenient for them. When you are there, it is so packed, you can hardly maneuver. It takes so long to get in and out because of their limited hours. They basically have no night hours and only prime time family and work time hours. They only have what they have and you never know what they’ll have. They run out of the stuff you go in for….. it is incredibly inconvenient for gas hours. You wait in lines that are so long. I guess the quality of stuff is alright but I got a 600 dollar printer there and it was a lemon because it had some cheap plastic parts that broke a year and a half in in the tray paper part and then the printer didn’t have upgraded drivers. So by that time I lost the receipt….. I just expect quality to be better there but I don’t necessarily feels it is. I would expect them to have experts checking out quality parts so that I can trust that it has quality parts and when I pay for the item, it actually lasts. But I guess they don’t. I can’t trust if I pay good money for the item that they’ve checked out and vetted items like Amway catalogs do or consumer reports. I don’t have time to be getting stuff fixed. I guess if you have nothing to do in prime hours, it is fine but I mean could they have at least a couple of late nights?"
