"It seems no one is in the Christmas Spirit service is terrible everywhere and shoppers are moody and rude. With that being said I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the service I received yesterday early afternoon in the electronics department by the young man working there. I didn’t add a coupon correctly he helped me add it and kindly directed me to the customer service desk to get my refund. Once I made it up front the very pleasant and helpful Yaya over heard me asking another customer how to get around to the customer service desk and she said I’ll help you over here and quickly processed my refund it was the fastest customer service desk experience ever. I have never had a bad experience at this location the employees are always helpful and nice great Job on hiring great people and Merry Christmas!!"
