I think her name Mel. this is the new store you just built, I want you to know that this girl was a nicest person I have ever met in any store. She was so sweet and customer oriented. I loved it. "What can I say, it's Costco. Easier parking lot to get in/out than the Michigan Rd location. They are in midst of remodeling so be warned there. Always helpful team members to point you in right direction and speedy checkout!"

"Great value, but you should know that out of Costco without reading a review. This particular location is lacking in service. It's difficult to flag someone down on the floor. When ordering food I placed my order and got my number. After 15 minutes I checked on it to make sure that they hadn't lost it. They pointed up to a rail and said something while turned around to assure me that they didn't. 15 minutes later I asked about it again and they said that they lost it. I was at the counter the whole time. I understand it's a newer location but they need some help getting their service together."

"I hate speaking good about dealer service departments, but these guys treated me right. My transmission went out and needed to be replaced. The UAW strike made it very difficult to get a rebuilt transmission, so these guys begged dealers from all over to get the parts so they could rebuild the transmission themselves. Not ideal, but beggers can't be choosers. They got it done in 2 weeks, which I think was about as well as could be done at the time. Thanks!"
