"No one ever answers the phone at this Walmart. None of the items ever match their prices. You can never get anyone to help you. Each time I do it online delivery, a few items to half of my order is missing. They do not make the delivery driver come back, and the delivery driver receives no penalty for not bringing my full order. This has happened on too many occasions. For all I know that the delivery drivers can decide that they want to keep my items. This was not happening in the beginning. I'm always at the door when they come. This never happens when I order from Kroger's."

"Literally have no idea why you offer pick up and delivery. How hard is it to schedule an appropriate amount of time for items to be picked; dispensed and delivered; until you find someone capable of organizing this process, please stop offering the service."

"I shop here quite often. Since they remodeled this location, many shelves are empty!! Customer service is worse than ever! Saw associate talking to a customer (friend of hers) for over 5 minutes by self check while my light was li up waiting for assistance. Another associate in the area walked past me to help another customer, then walked around my lane to not assist me. I need to go back to have an adjustment to my receipt. GRR! I guess my family will either go to Greenfield or Beech Grove!! They have fully stocked shelves, and customer service is much better. I've worked customer service for years and cringe about it at this location!! Also, although they added more self check lanes, the lines are just as long as before! Good luck shopping here!"

"The register aisles have been reconfigured and the financial services counter has been moved closer to the front of the store at a perpendicular angle to where it was previously. This works better because there is easier flow through the cashier lines and a separation between the registers and the financial service counter. Smart move which enables better foot traffic through these areas."

"Their hours are mere suggestions. They are not dependable on what you need because most of the stuff is out of stock. This is a last resort store. Thankfully there is a Kroger across the street and all else you can order from Amazon. Each time I go I find this true of every section. I know there are employees in there, why aren't they stocking?"
