"Pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone. I was on hold for an hour and 10 minutes before I gave up."

"Doesn’t answer their phone ever. All I needed to do was cancel a prescription. I had a coworker call a different number while I was only hold for over 45 minutes, they got a store associate instead of a pharmacy member who gave us a corporate number to call. Called the corporate number and, of course, they had to try to call the store to cancel my prescription. I told them how long I was only hold for and that I never even spoke to anyone at the store, the assured me that they had a different, internal, number that they would answer on, I sat on hold with the corporate person for over 15 minutes. When they picked up the phone again they said they didn’t answer for CORPORATE either. This person tried several things to cancel my prescription and was unable to, so my only option left was to either try to call different days at different times to get ahold of someone or to go to the store. This has been the worst experience I’ve had at a pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else."

"This pharmacy and the people have grown to be very unprofessional. They don't care if you get your medicine or not. It's been two weeks and my spouse still doesn't have their medicine. I'm just glad it isn't a matter of life and death yet but they do need it! We call and no answer then we have to drive up there and talk to them and keep getting the response "Oh we don't really answer our phone here you might try another CVS". I guess they don't care if this one closes down or not. I don't either at this point. Does anyone know a number to call to speak to someone in charge there? The phone rings and rings."

"Pharmacy is a joke. On hold for 2 1/2 hours. Went to the store with the call on speaker. I watched the girl behind the counter walk over to the phone and put me back on hold when her phone started beeping. Showed the pharmacy tech that I was on hold for 2 hours. He laughed and said that's "garbage". This place needs an overhaul. I understand it's busy but all you have to do is pick up the phone and say that your busy and need to come to the store. I would have respected that!"
