"Great experience! Kelsey, Aime, Lisa in the antepartum area are WONDERFUL nurses. Dr.Santana was great as well. We were in there due to water breaking early and these ladies made everything so much easier to cope. Hope was one of the nurses during delivery and she was so calm and patient which made it even more comfortable. Thank you ladies for making our experience wonderful. ❤️ Update : 20 days later after delivery hemorrhaged due to have left placenta inside of me, I would say be careful with who delivers your baby and make sure you are aware especially as a first time mother. Please do not settle with “ oh it’ll pass” could’ve ended extremely worse. Dr Mary Trainor is truly a heaven sent . She’s the one who took care of me that night. Thank you Dr Trainor for fixing ones mistake!"
"The nurses are nice and care but the doctors are not very good at what they do. Sister had her baby here and its no better than when it was Methodist. Male anesthesiologists who simply don't understand and don't care about the woes of laboring mothers and who don't know how to place epidurals correctly. Doctors who will keep sending you home until sh*t literally hits the fan and you have no time for pain management. Their main goal here seems to push you in and out quickly to make room for the next and to get more $$$ smh. I had my first baby at Methodist and it was true of my experience back then as well. These are not people I would trust with your child and your life. See Dr. Riley at Community North if you can, she was wonderful for my second birth and kept me early to ensure I could have pain management placed, they have female anesthesiologists too who truly understand and care about you and my room was three times the size of the ones at Riley tower. I wish my sister had listened. Gave 1 extra star specifically for Teaira (hope I spelled it right) she was very sweet and on it at 7AM."
"I had the best experience here. The nurses were so patient and understanding! They were so helpful and kind and attended to all my needs. My delivery was easy because of the amazing team! The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars because the night shift security are hostile…but other then that the actual stay was so nice."
"I was pleasantly surprised at the care and concern of all staff members that I encountered when taking my daughter to deliver her bundle of joy. You start at the front door where you are greeted by the valet staff whom are helpful and pleasant. Upon entering;the front desk staff and security check points carry on this wonderful feeling of welcome. We then got to the labor & delivery foyer where they check you in and call for nursing staff to assist you. Every midwife, doctor & nurse had some of the best customer service, care & concern that I have ever seen in a hospital setting. Also to include the wonderful staff who handles the cleaning and the wonderful food service staff. I would, without a doubt, recommend riley maternity to anyone birthing a child. They are equipped to service your needs."
"My partner and I have been here for about 3 weeks and have experienced floors 2,3 and 5 at this point (won’t go into medical history or procedures on here but we’ve gotten a pretty holistic view of the Riley Maternity Tower by now). Each stay has been as good of an experience as you can hope for give them he circumstances of being in the hospital. We’ve had our own room each time and the nurses have been helpful, supportive, and attentive along the way. There’s a valet service to park your car, Ronald McDonald House for meals and other resources (no charge), and several food options. It’s much better than I expected out of a maternity hospital!"
