"I don't know if it's management, training, or just a refusal to do their jobs, but this pharmacy will give every excuse they can come up with before filling a prescription. I have to come back multiple days in a row to get something filled and usually have to come back multiple times in a day to get it. And don't even think about calling to avoid going in because you will be on hold for over an hour just to have someone hang up on you as they say, "Walgreens Pharmacy how ma-" If your insurance traps you at Walgreens do yourself a favor and pick any store other than this one."
"Walgreens continues to close the pharmacy without notification. This is a Sunday review, posted hours are 9:00 to 5:00, however the pharmacy once again is closed. This is kind of annoying if you use their online service to schedule a covid-19 test because there seems to be no communication between locations and the web portal. Staffing continues to be an issue, employees who do show up are rude and obsessed with their cell phones. Walgreens set the standard for pharmacies Once Upon a Time, but if you can find a CVS near them you're probably better off sending your scripts there."
