"A few days ago my sister fell and hit her head. We went here somewhere around 9 or 10 pm. My sister was treated fairly well. But for some odd reason there is this young blond skinny nurse who was being extremely rude. No idea what was her deal. She just kept on harrasing me for no apparent reason. I think she should be let go and never worked with the public, extremely unprofessional. This review is especially for my people, it's a young, blond shoulder length hair, Caucasian lady who works the night shifts, sounds and acts very privilege, she discriminate against me and I hope no one gets mistreated like I was."

"This is the absolute worse hospital in Chicago. I would not recommend anyone coming here especially if it’s an emergency. I waited 7 hours to see a doctor and never was seen. I had very bad back pain where i almost couldn’t breathe and told them this and all they can say was everyone been waiting for at least 6 hours too. TERRIBLE!!!! You would die waiting on them. Oh but i bet you they collect your insurance before you’re seen just to wait in the waiting area. I will never come back here again."

"On January 4th, 2024 I delivered my beautiful baby boy here in their labor & delivery unit.. I must say the actual LABOR experience was great ! It was just me my significant other, the midwife and one nurse ! They took such great care of me I was able to deliver my child the way I wanted ( on my knees ) they listened to me when I said I didn’t want any students in the delivery room. Honestly I love this hospital just based off of this one stay… & will be soon switching my primary care to St Anthony’s as well. The pediatrician whois now my sons doctor was so sweet and also had a great experience meeting her and honestly over all it was great!! The DOWNSIDE to things are that I don’t eat red meat nor do I eat eggs. They continuously got my order incorrect I was starving practically the whole time I was here and had to buy my own food or eat turkey sandwiches because someone failed to correctly communicate with the kitchen or the kitchen just was not paying attention and didn’t care either way it was hell !! I was a new mom breast feeding & I needed to eat"

"I wanna thank physician Kuziol for all her help and my nurse maria for listening to me and being their for me all the time I stayed. to the nurse assistant that was their for me and check up on me everyday ❤️ N a big THANK YOU to the cleaning staff beautiful lady that comes at 3 for her prayers her amazing and beautiful personality that helps get better through the days. to the other nurses and personal thank you for all your help"

"Do not recommend, this facility misplaced my belongings (coat and house keys)while i went into labor then blamed me for it! My new born child and myself were locked out of our home for several days due to this facility misplacing my belongings. The young lady stated “ you must’ve put it in the drawer because we don’t do that” my belongings were found in a drawer 4 days later the staff doesn’t clean each room efficiently nor did they check the room when i called about this issue the first time!"
