"You schedule an appointment online…… they still take the walk ins before you. Board will CLEARLY show your name and the “R” symbol next to it and you’ll wait 15 mins past your appointment. So basically just walk in because scheduling is a waste of time, this is the second time this has happened."

"My wife had an appointment for bloodwork this morning and forgot the form from her doctor regarding what blood test was needing done. I sent her a picture of the order to give to Labcorp both thinking this would be no problem. She was told she needs a physical paper despite the whole office space being set up for contactless and paperless check in. There was no indication from the doctor or from Labcorp that the physical paper would be needed (usually companies are trying to avoid this). My wife was not offered to have the image printed and was essentially told to figure it out after having taken off work to get there. This paper was not signed or printed on any sort of letterhead. I ended up driving this across town to deliver the paper so that she did not miss her subsequent appointments. Not sure if this the the quality of service Chris usually provides, but it will be enough to make sure my family never visits this location again; and for me to go out of my way to leave this review. The whole medical care workforce is so very entitled when it comes the low quality of service they consistently provide. Its almost like because people have to be there, that the quality of how you treat people no longer matters."

"Terrible not suited for elderly at all! You have to sit and wait an hour to pick up specimen supplies, then you have to come back and use a computer( by the way elderly cannot do), and then diy and wait another hour or so before they came out to get it from you. We had a Dr. Appt. So we couldn't wait."

"The staff at Labcorp are always courteous and highly professional. The automated check-in process is fast and easy. At check-in, you're given the option to receive a text when your tech is ready and I've never had to wait long. I very much like the ability to walk up and recieve service without an appointment."
