"I have been calling this place for almost two weeks to speak to a supervisor and they always saying that person not there. The owner & staff is just a bunch of thieves and refuse to give me what's owed. I paid for a week but only stay the 1st & 2nd nd checked out on the 3rd. At this point I'm getting the BBB involved."

"If you want an overpriced motel with lots of drugs on property this place has exactly that while not making you feel safe to go out at night cuz all the stuff that goes on this place truly has nothing going for it but it's friendly staff the rooms are absolutely garbage between holes in the walls to blood stains on the floors and walls this place really isn't the place you want to be and is a true breading ground for drugs and crimes"

"Pretty dangerous, lots of shootings happen here. Can pretty much acquire any type of drug here. If you are a female don't walk around the hotel by yourself. Try to get a room on the front building with the office connected to it, which faces 21st street... you'll be safe up front. The rooms are great, microwave and fridge come standard in every room with a nice shower and toilet in a closed space. The sink and bathroom mirror / counter are in a separate room from the living area but separated with an open door frame. The beds all keep the same comforter even after someone checks out, all they change is the actual bed sheets. The TV is a 30 inch flat screen mounted on the wall above a credenza with 3 pull out drawers and 2 shelves enclosed by two pull open doors which hides the drawers and space with the drawers. Cost $100 or so for the room for 1 day. Key and remote deposit is charged, which you get back when the room is over with... you just have to go turn your remote and key in at the office, just do NOT be late. Checkout is 11 am sharp."
