"The last 2 times in 14yrs using the drive thru pharmacy I experienced the worst attitude/customer service from at store# 6605 96th and Allisonville rd. Indianapolis, Indiana. I will be moving all scripts from CVS. No customer should be subjected to an angry hateful pharmacist. Snatched my DL and CC from my hand scratching me with her nail. No greeting, no new med counseling, no thank you just a go f yourself look! Good Bye CVS!"

"Had an appointment at 10am, apparently the person who was supposed to open the store did not show up. There was no note on the door, and I only learned this information from a maintenance person. I waited for 45 minutes and still no one had opened the store. Very poor management."
