"I am a liver transplant patient at an assistant living facility and they use Omnicare. I have, well I'm suppose to have my meds prepackaged with my anti rejection mediation in with my other meds, but Omnicare all of a sudden changed the packaging and my anti rejection mediation was put on a punch out card with the wrong directions on how to take it. Well because of this the facility being used to it being all in one package I didn't get it all the time or didn't receive the right dosage which is either one could've had my ammune system to start fighting off my new liver which could've taken my life."

"Today Omnicare has just mailed my deceased mother the 12th invoice for $8.07. I have sent them her death certificate and talked with them. When I talked with them they asked if she had an estate or anything else of value that would be able to pay this $8.07. I told them if they were that hard up for 8 bucks to get out of the business because my mother had nothing when she died. Instead I get reminded of my mother's death every month when I receive their letter. At $.49 cents a mailing, they have spent $5.88 to get $8.07 from someone they have proof is deceased. Maybe this will happen to them when their parent dies so then just maybe they will have a clue. 10/3/18- And it continues. Even after contacting this company they still continue to bill my deceased mother $8.07. All I can say is WOW! Update 6/19/19- 8 months and 3 phone calls later they finally wrote off the $8.07. I hope they don't have to file bankruptcy due to that huge loss they occurred."

"Absolutely the worst. With a family member in an inpatient rehab setting, Omnicare was to deliver this family's required medications within 4 hrs or less of admission. As I sit, we are currently 10 hours and counting. With every call, the medications are "en route", yet nothing has shown up. Absolutely unacceptable."
