"Went to CVS inside Target on W 38th St at 5:20 pm to pick up Rx my Dr had sent in. They were CLOSED when the sign said M-F 9 am -7pm...donthey just work when they want to???"

"Chelsea is very nice and is always the only person working here. She always does her best to fill my scripts and always has a great attitude despite being the only person working. This location does have shortages on certain meds but most of the time I have no issues."

"This terrible review is not about the employees. there's always only 1 person working. I just came from Brownsburg CVS they had 5 or 6 people in the pharmacy CVS needs to make employees feel safe and pay enough to be able to keep help. If CVS can't maintain customer service they should defer on the vaccines and tests and take care of the people that need, in most cases life saving meds. SHARE HOLDERS BEFORE PEOPLE the down fall of America thanks CVS"

"You never close any time unless it’s 10-15 minutes prior your listed store hours. Either change your hours to realism, or become realistic with your actual hours listed. That means all customers welcome to be helped, before 9:01. Bare minimum. Truly. This is, by no way, no means (by whatever means) the first time this has happened. You cannot simply adhere to your own standards. Shame. Change. Or else you are the worst cvs I’ve ever been to, let alone store, by default. No stores do this. It is rude to the customers who need 1 simple thing, and are able to get it before 9:00, taking 4 minutes or less, arriving at 8:54. Change or accept your subpar nature and mass inauthenticity."
