"Hotel has no amenities while checking in. They request a deposit and tell you it’s for damage or missing items upon check out. They charge that deposit for any cleaning necessary to the room the front desk admitted to not cleaning there rooms .and there was bugs in the bathroom.they claim to have a free breakfast. The breakfast is nonexistent with no coffee and only cereal, the place is not a good place would recommend going somewhere else because for over $100 and a one night stay I should’ve gotten a lot better of a room"

"Hotel itself wasn't bad. Didn't see any bugs but front desk wouldn't give us clean towels when we rented a second day. Said 2 wait till Monday "this was Saturday night" . The breakfast they claim is just cereal toast and water."

"I recently stayed at Norwood Inn in Indianapolis and it was a terrible experience. The room was dirty and outdated, and the bathroom was gross. The location was not ideal either, as there was nothing of interest nearby. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be advised that the beds don't have covers on them only sheets. Plus ice maker don't work. The toilet in my bathroom in my room wasn't bolted down to the floor and could easily move the toilet from position. You only get one towel per room so be sure to request more at book in."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Me and my friends came here after driving a couple of hours to see a concert and were met with the worst hotel I've ever seen. There was a strong smell of cigarettes right as you walk in the door. The place looked and smelled disgusting but then we got up to our rooms and immediately checked for bed bugs. THERE WERE BED BUGS ALL UNDERNEATH OF OUR BEDS!! This including candy wrappers and pee stains all within the bed sheets. The manager of the hotel came knocking on our door and insisted on being let inside. Being four women all in our 20s this made us feel super uncomfortable because never have I stayed in a hotel where the manager or owner comes up to the room to be let inside. We informed him about the bed bugs and he said he'd try to find us another room. We told him that we would rather just leave because the whole situation made us feel extremely disgusted and uncomfortable with how he was waiting outside of our door, not once, but TWICE!! To top it all off, we called to get a refund on the room, and they declined our request!! Worst "hotel" we've ever set foot in."
