"This is a transient hotel - people who are on parole or just out of rehab stay here. It is currently being renovated in order to bring it up to building and health codes. Not somewhere you wish to stay if you have a choice."
"This place is atrocious. Its filthy, there are bedbugs in the rooms and cockroaches in the community areas. Including the bathrooms. They prey on people in bad situations. Like those on house arrest/GPS who have nowhere else to go and they overcharge for basic needs (kitchen and laundry) its a disgusting place run by nasty people. Stay away from here at all costs."
"Bare minimum Hotel. No room service. All the residents there were alcoholics. One resident punched me in the face because he was so drunk. It's a hotel for drunks and addicts."
"Manager of the Building and Parking lot works his ass off to make sure the "Guest's" upstairs and people parking in the outside lot are accommodated. He has been there 20 plus years, on and off, and deserves a massive pay raise for what he does."
