"I really appreciated Ashely and Matt at the front desk. They were both very kind and and had great customer service. They made me feel right at home! I definitely would recommend this hotel. The staff is great, the rooms are clean and sophisticated, and the bar and restaurant is very convenient. The gym is on point and the pool is heated and relaxing. There is lots to do around this area, so the location is great. You've got the mall and lots of restaurants. I can't wait to come back!"

"Pretty sure I got bit by BED BUGS while here. See picture and don’t mind my stubby legs! Haha! Room 224. It is the middle of winter and 0 degrees outside, so no other bugs and I have no animals. Make sure you thoroughly inspect your beds!! Additionally, they only have one microwave for the entire facility and the ice machine was not working. For the price, you expect better quality."

"WORST PLACE EVER! Rude staff, older white man at the front desk at night is disrespectful and rude. Never have been treated as such, all because I asked why the house keeper came into the room to not clean the room after 4 days of staying there I asked for new sheets. I was hung up on and when I packed my things to leave and to check out with him at the front desk. He immediately called the police. He is a racist and should be fired. And will make sure I tell everyone my awful experience!!"

"I am a big fan of this hotel! I have stayed here about 5 times in the last few months, and I have not had a single poor experience. The staff are attentive and kind. The location can't be beat. Easy parking. Beautiful views and thoughtful renovations throughout. Also - the only noise I was able to hear in my room was opening/closing of nearby room doors. Besides that, I could not hear my neighbors at all, which was great! I have stayed in many a hotel where you could hear even a light cough coming from the next room over. It's usually priced just slightly higher than its nearby competitors(all of which I have stayed in), and it's pretty clear why. If you're searching for the right hotel choice in the area, this is the one."
