"My husband and I have loved the Sheraton for years now, and this location has always been our choice of stay during our “staycations”. However, our last few stays have caused me to no longer be fond. It has drastically turned into no more than a 2.5-3 star hotel, in my opinion. The cleaning is mediocre. The rooms are definitely not very clean. The carpet has stains, the bathrooms need to be upgraded, the baseboards, and flooring makes me feel icky even thinking about walking around barefoot. This particular time, we experienced a ton of lady bugs in our room, and spider webs under the dresser, nightstand, and corners in the room. The staff is always pleasant. However, I like a clean and tidy hotel, and the Sheraton no longer provides that. Definitely no longer provides luxury. Hopefully, they improve."

"Beautiful hotel with excellent customer service and great location. We stayed for travel volleyball and experienced great hospitality and with such a packed hotel the staff were always friendly, they had cookies and water out daily and it was mostly quiet. We had a connecting room and could hear the conversations of other people during the day but it was pretty quiet at night. They seem to have strict quiet hours and I appreciated that for our early morning games."

"I travel to Indiana on business, and it was my first time in Indiana. Brenden, our Valet was so sweet! He greeted us upon arrival & basically helped us throughout our entire stay. The entire hotel staff was very lovely to us during our entire stay. Regarding our rooms. They were very comfortable, but the lighting inside the main room was not the best However, the lighting in the bathroom was perfect."

"Check in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our valet Brenden was extremely kind and waited for several of us to greet each other, get our bags and get checked in before helping us get up to our rooms. Room was clean and very comfortable. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend!"

"Nice sized, clean room. Good bar on ground floor. The gym had more equipment than I've seen in most hotels. Would stay here again. Was pleasantly surprised after reading some reviews. For those who complain about noise, it's a hotel, not a soundproof vault."
