"The hotel was very nice. However there is an issue with the website that shows rooms with whirlpool tubs, which was 15 more a night than the other rooms. That's what I booked. Upon checking in and getting to the room it was a regular tub. I went back to the front desk. Was told they no longer have any rooms with whirlpool tubs. I asked to be refunded the difference because I would have booked the regular room. I was told there wasn't a difference in price. I wasn't going to argue with the desk staff and said that I'd call customer service. I did. They opened a ticket but still don't have a resolution a week and a half later. It's 30 bucks, not a big deal, but it's the idea. The pool was nice. Water was a little cool but the great-nephew enjoyed it. Breakfast was good. I made a red velvet waffle and made my own cream cheese icing for it. The 2 days there was nice."

"The people here are some of the nicest people I've dealt with at any hotel. Room was clean and very nice. Only small negative is the hotel is showing its age and it needs a good cleaning and new carpet everywhere but the room itself was spotless. I've stayed at this hotel several times and I've never been disappointed."

"This location is not it!! I had my room booked for at least 3 months and upon arrival I was told the jacuzzi in my room was broken. My rate was adjusted by only $20 leaving the room rate still higher than a regular room without the whirlpool upgrade. I asked why I wasn't notified so I could have canceled and booked somewhere else, and no reason was given. That is terrible customer service. Jim at the front desk however, was very pleasant and kind to work with. The indoor pool is small, the hottest things at breakfast are the waffle maker and coffee stand, and the vending machines did not work. On my second day the sink in the bathroom would not drain, the stopper would not stay up. I took it out to let the water drain and the next morning I woke up to tiny roaches crawling all over the bathroom. I grabbed my things and checked out immediately. I would not recommend staying here."
