"Worst experience ever at a hotel. We have been locked out of our room due to the key failing and no one is here that can figure it out. Sitting in the lobby for going on 4 hours with no solution in sight. I was told by another guest this happened to them the previous day and it took Hilton 5 hours to figure it out. Manager is still at home sleeping. The employees here couldn’t care less. Great breakfast though and the guys running that do a hell of a job but not worth the hassle I’m dealing with right now. Now I will be late to my event due to Hilton’s apathetic attitude towards their guest. I hope the manager got a good nights sleep because I sure as hell didn’t."
"Booked this hotel for an event in Lucas oil stadium. Very convenient for walking to the event. When I called the hotel directly they had no double beds available, the lady told me that they could provide a roll away bed. I told her that would be fine she said it would be ready for me when I checked in. I didn’t ask about it when I checked in and got up to the room no roll away. Called down to the front desk and he had to put me on hold to later tell me they don’t provide roll aways. Then why was it even offered? So I would book the room? The guy at the front desk was not helpful and was rude that I even asked about it. He said I can give you extra pillows and comforters. I had no other choice I couldn’t cancel the room and I wasn’t going to find something else. House keeping brought up one pillow and one blanket he said we have no more to offer. We made it work then when we’re were getting ready to check out. House keeping knocked on the door at exactly 11. I opened the door and she could see that we had our bags in hand and trying to get out the door with two children. She acted very disrespectful that we’re weren’t gone yet and walked away! Will not stay here again and I am a Hilton member very disappointed in our stay!"
"I'm not going to lie, the room was booked by my Corp for a training meeting. Personally, I would never stay at this hotel. There is a 6" closet and a rod that wouldn't even keep my pants off the floor. ZERO dressers or drawers. Minimalist is an understatement. No in room coffee. This is definitely not a hotel for business people. The "meeting" room wasn't in the hotel, it was a block and a half away. So in the rain everyone walked to the meeting room. The hotel had no umbrellas or transportation to offer. It is literally right across the street from Lucas Oil stadium. So I guess if you were going to an event there you wouldn't have to walk far."
"We stayed here for a Colts game January 6th and the location was fantastic. Easy walk to the stadium and other things around. My biggest complaint was the parking situation which to some may be minor but when you are going for a big event , it can be an unneeded stress/complication added on. So I decided to pay in advance for what the hotel lists as reserved parking in a connected garage so I would avoid that stress of having to find a spot somewhere else before the event. When I arrived however, the garage was completely full and when I approached the desk about this they said the hotel parking is first come first served. Even though the hotel had already charged my card for parking and labels it as "Reserved Parking" when you make your reservation. The gentleman at the front desk was absolutely fantastic and understood my frustration and helped me out by finding me a staff parking spot in the garage but they should not have had to do that to begin with. The hotel absolutely needs to be more up front about their parking situations. Not sure if that is a management issue or a higher up issue. They should not be over selling their garage passes ( I am positive I was not the only one with this issue that night) and it absolutely should not be labeled as reserved parking because first come first served is quite the opposite of that. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond to make things right when their hotel set them up in a bad situation."
"I have to start out by saying how wonderful this staff is! They work very hard to ensure you’re happy! However, my app never functioned properly issuing rooms I chose, it created issues checking in, keys-kept in wallets, continued to deactivate, parking was not thought out properly when the building is at capacity. Breakfast was well kept. Only issue, I’m a plain black tea drinker & it was never available during my stay. This is located literally 1/2 a block from Lucas Oil & a solid walk from almost anywhere if you’re ok to walk about a mile."
