"Pretty bad. The hotel itself was okay for the price - basic but clean room. Hallways and stairs were very dirty. The real issue with the hotel is the caliber of other guests. Smoking in the stairs, screaming and playing music well into the night, huge gatherings in rooms, etc. Would hate to be here for a long stay."

"The lobby was clean, that is the the only positive thing I can say about it. The hallway floors had trash and stains everywhere. The room only had broken blinds that let in a ton of light from the adjacent building. The heater sounded like a jet engine blasting and the worst was the broken shower that was growing an impressive amount of mold. I would avoid this place at all cost."

"We had a great experience checking in with no issues! The window in the room only had blinds so you can see the big spot light coming in through the window all night long. The room next to us was loud all night, you could hear furniture moving throughout the day and night, not sure if it was another guest or the hotel staff."

"Our stay was a horrible experience. Floors were not clean & bugs crawling all over in the bathroom. Whoever was directly above our room sounded like they were jumping & running all over & knocking things over. At 1:30 am someone opened our door which I even had dead bolted & said oops there is someone in there. I assume it was a staff member. Got absolutely no sleep. Will not recommend to anyone."

"This hotel rocks!!! Staff bent over backwards to help me. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Rooms are very clean. I didn't see any trash on the floor or outside. There is coffee 24/7 and it's very quiet. No alarms going off and no fire trucks coming. The parking lot is full when I get off work at 2am, best of all I done smell pot!!"
