"I booked for a 2 night stay for after I got off work. Before I could even make it to the hotel I noticed my card was charged for 4 nights. I called and the only thing front desk could say was “your card declined!” YEAH I KNOW BECAUSE I KEEP MY CARD LOCKED! THEREFORE I HAVE TO APPROVE ANY TRANSACTION AND THANK GOD I DO because they were trying to charge my card more days than what I was staying which is ILLEGAL AND A WHOLE LAWSUIT ESPECIALLY WHEN I HAVENT CHECKED IN YET NOR DID THEIR RULES AND POLICIES SAY A SPECIFIC TIME OF WHEN SOMEONE HAS TO BE CHECKED IN JUST AS LONG AS IM CHECKED IN THAT DAY OR CANCEL BEFORE 6! It was some lady on night shift couldn’t catch her name but I never canceled a reservation so fast in my life wouldn’t recommend!"

"We stayed for a month. The staff was courteous and helpful anytime we needed anything. They made accommodations for my pet with no hassle. Everyone that worked there was nice. This place has been newly renovated. The hotel didn't have any drug activity that was aware of."
