Hyatt Regency McCormick Place

"Hotel was fine but the heat in the room would not come on despite raising the thermostat to max heat setting. However, they responded to my survey complaint. Would stay again if attending event at McCormick place."

"Great for our work meeting. But quite a drive to downtown. Our room has one little table and a chair. Hardly looks like the pictures with wood floors and fancy amenities. But it will do."

"Stayed here for a conference a few months ago. The room was spacious enough and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was small and ugly. The food at Sixes and Eights was delicious and the bar has great drinks too. Hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. My only issue is the location. Yes it’s connected to McCormick place, but that also makes it impossible to get an Uber to pick you up from the lobby when there’s an event. Overall a very good experience."

"Our team was attending a conference in McCormick Center. Hotel was attached to Convention Center making it an easy walk. Staff friendly. Hotel bed was so soft and comfy. Appreciate the hardworking housekeeping dept. We wanted to have sit down breakfast then later lunch in hotel restaurants but both closed during busy times. Easy location to drive to with several restaurants relatively close that were easy to walk to."

"My room was really nice and comfortable. The convention center was conveniently attached to the hotel. The staff I did come across were very friendly. I ate at The Arc every night of my stay and I enjoyed every meal I ordered. The hot sauce wings were my favorite. I walked over to the other side of the convention center and saw a fantastic view of the skyline and lake. The only downside for me was I couldn't get comfortable in the bed. The pillows were too soft and squishy and the mattress had a bit of a dip in it. I couldn't get any sleep which is why I rated it a 3."
