"This is the theater that a group of us (30 to be exact) go to see the latest movies this particular time it was just my twins and I, when someone started to smoke weed in the theater. I called the front and it took them forever to come. They said it's nothing they could do, I was dumbfounded and upset to say the least. My girls have asthma and I asked for the manager who never showed her face. Maria Ortiz is the worst she needs to be fired ASAP. Called her several times and I even went so far as to file a complaint against them with the Secretary of State business license. If this is the type of person running your establishment you're doomed. She lazy and has no customer service skills at all. Now I guess its okay to smoke indoors even tho there is a city ordinance, that her and her staff claim they cannot enforce how sad. The money we use to spend here will be no more I informed our group never to visit again. All the money we spend on tickets, and snacks is not worth being sent to the hospital for an asthma attack."

"This is a nice theater. Feels like it's in the middle of the city. Since it's a DINE-IN version the food choices are a little overwhelming. The place is clean and has reclined seating with plenty of room. You don't have the inconvenience of having to shift your knees to the side or stand up when people walk by you to access their seats. Great sound/loud. There's a great restaurant bar in the same building and the area has parking bars and restaurants all within 40-50 feet."

"Prices are High because of location ..popcorn was good .. but soda machine was out of most flavors .... Seats were a bit on the narrow side but comfortable enough.."

"This AMC surprised me a bit. We were able to walk right in and get good seats, pethaps because the weather was so nice outside. It's very clean and has a bar. It's three levels and you can order drinks on any level, and they have a fountain drink refill station on each level, very convenient. The views are great if you decide to hang out before/ after your movie. The seats were very comfortable, not overused like some theaters."

"A great experience at this AMC theater right off Michigan Ave, purchased tickets before hand so all you needed was the QR codes that are scanned by staff upon arrival. For a Friday afternoon movie showing, the crown was relaxed and mostly family oriented. With a Bar available, grab a drink before the movie. Wide availability of concessions and with the option of having Movie theater food brought to your seat while watching. Seats are comfortable and roomy, audio and visuals are top tier as well. Enjoy a movie here !"
