"Just left the theater with my daughter and 3 granddaughters. We pre-purchaed our seats only to arrive and find them occupied. Went to the front to advise the only 2 staff members about the issue and they had to call the manager. They were not equipped to handle the situation. There was no security!! The manager was NOT on premises and offered no solution. We missed the movie and an opportunity for a fun night out. Spent money on soda and stale popcorn. Toilet paper on the front counter and NOT in the ladies room!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!"
