"The kitchen staff (Cindy and Suzette) were super friendly and helpful. All the (day and afternoon) front desk staff, (Jazmin and Syidell)and Daniel in housekeeping are excellent. It is a wonderful place to stay. My family is extremely happy with our stay here and would recommend this Hotel to anyone and everyone. Jason the GM is really nice as well. The Hotel is nice and well maintained. This Hotel is also a Pet friendly facility."

"Pros: Great location close to Midway with very convenient airport shuttle. Staff was responsive through Marriot app. Breakfast attendant was pleasant and helpful. Cons: rooms are dated which is okay when everything works but sink took while to drain, shower water got hot and cold every minute or so, toilet flush was very loud. Breakfast food was okay. Have been to other Fairfields with same food that was better."
