"WORST HOTEL EVER! The microwave didn't work, the water was cold and I got stuck on the elevator! He didn't do nothing about it! I'm a Diamond member! I wanted to punch him in the face! Customers better off staying somewhere else if they trucking it. I would give no stars but I was forced."

"I would give zero stars if I could. This place was awful, the pictures they showed were nothing like the room. We tried to get a refund, we were checked in for about an hour all total (we went to a store before we went to the room, so they counted the entire time we were checked in) The lamp shade was all cracked and crumbling, the floor was filthy ( we spilled a little water and cleaned it up and the white washcloth was black and disgusting afterwards) there were orange colored spills on the floor, there was an ugly bug on the floor (dead, squashed by someone prior) there were holes in the bedspread, and when we checked the shower, to see if it even worked, the water just trickled out. We ended up leaving without a refund. I will never stay at a Wyndham hotel ever again, I won't even step foot in one, because other hotels in the area will not rent to you if you mention you left the Wyndham hotel ( even if you didn't sleep there, even if you only spent an hour in one) they will not rent to you, we found out by trying to rent a room at a different hotel in that town and we mentioned the Wyndham and they turned us away, they felt bad, but it's a policy to keep their hotel in top standing."

"Came out and Rented a room to be at my 11 year old nieces bday party. First was told we could not use the pool at all until past around noon. Then when we finally went down to swim was not allowed to swim at all because she had a friend with her. Other than that regular family run motel. No real breakfast."

"As a truck driver I tend to stay in hotels during my reset to get much needed rest, I will call to ask about the amenities prior to check in, as I did here. The person who answered the phone told me that there was sufficient parking for an 18 wheeler, there is no parking for a big truck. I asked if the pool was available, I was told yes but it was not. The sink in the bathroom does not drain, the faucet leaks water all over the counter, the toilet seat was about to fall off, the remote control was not programmed. When we asked the person at the front desk to assist they handed me batteries. Very big language barrier. For a Wyndham backed hotel it is in desperate need of a face lift.. or renovation. For a low cost hotel it's ok.. but very disappointing."
